Electrical Engineering?
I am a physics undergraduate and i am really interested in circuits and building audio circuits. I wish to learn to design all sorts of original bits of audio equipment, and i was hoping that you could direct me to websites with excellent resources, tutorials etc. It would be much appreciated.

If its circuits and audio you’re interested in, then I would say electronic engineering is probably more suited for you.
Im studying electronic engineering and my final year project is audio based. I got most of my research from books. There are quite a few on audio circuit design.
The principles of audio you would probably want to research are op amps, nyquist theory and some active filters maybe. (wikipedia can provide a decent amount of information, just check the references)
