How many lights do I need?
How many different lights would I need in a beardied dragons enclosure?? I know I’d need a UVB and/or a UVA(?) light, but what is the difference and if I put either in would I be able to leave it on all day like the basking light?? or only for a certain amount of time during the day?? Also what other electrical things would I need in there (thermometer, etc) and finally if it gets to 18 degrees C at night (in QLD Australia) then would I need to put a heat pad under the enclosure, (even though the wild ones would be in a colder tempurature outside)??
Btw MattTodd, contrary to popular believe it actally takes 4 blondes,to screw in a light bulb, the forth being the one to right your joke.
You need your UVA/UVB light and your broad spectrum basking light and you set your lights with the amount of sunlight you have in a day (less in winter/ more in summer).
