5 Emergency shut down switch fitted?
6 Fuel stored in proximity of generator?
7 Leaks or spills present underneath generator?
8 Exhaust fumes dispersed away from accommodation area?
9 Fire extinguishers located appropriately?
10 Panel Breaker EFR provide all distribution circuit breaker
11 Extention lead without joint provided?
12 Protable extention lead used ( Soket with breaker etc)
13 Using Standard connections?
Fuel & Lubricants Storage Area
1 Are fuels and lubricants separated?
2 Has the storage area under shelter?
3 Has there a safe system for the transfer of fuels / no spilling allowed?
4 Using right equipment?
5 Are there sufficient fire extinguishers / operator present?

Well, if it’s a check list, it’s OK. But they are really sentence fragments. So if they need to be complete sentences, you need to rewrite a lot of them
For example:
#1 — Is the generator physically OK?
#2 — Is it rigged for noise suppression?
You get the idea.
