Question for the ladies out there? WasI too forward or giving away a amethyst to a bank Teller where i bank?

I sold some Gold yesterday and went to the Bank to deposit the Cash. I visit casually and friendly with girls there, They seem to quite professional and really friendly. I mentioned I was quite suprised at the price of Gold, and then mentioned that particular Jeweler didnt want my amethyst. it was about a quarter inch long and shaped like a football and a rich Purple Color. I said I didnt want to bother with finding a buyer for it , and then I said quite casually ‘ Do you want it? . You can have it.. She said yes immediately and she stared at it and smiled bigtime. then I said bye bye like no big deal. she’s about 24 yrs old and I’m 47. She knows my elderly mother moved into House lately. We have other casual conversations outside of the Bank , She has always been outwardly friendly and always Smiling at me.. my Knees almost melt. I’ve had the Hots for her… I was happy with the way she accepted the stone. I’m an Electrical Contractor and Struggling$$$ . what Do I do next?

Honestly, considering the age difference (I’m 24 myself), I’d play it cool for a while,. It’s definitely a good sign that she accepted the amethyst, but… I would let things unfold naturally. These days you kind of have to “sneak” into a girl’s heart. We;re so used to getting hit on, that it’s nice when a guy likes you just for who you are.
Start asking personal questions, and you’ll be able to tell by her responses how she feels pretty quickly I might add!
